Refund Policy: Registration fees will be refunded if we receive a written cancellation prior to November 30, 2018. This refund will be subject to a 30% administration fee. After this date, no refund will be permitted, but substitutions will be allowed.

Conference Policies Terms & Conditions

ConvergX® reserves the right to refuse the registration of any persons. The badge is not transferable and shall not be worn by a person other than the person so named on the badge. The wearing of a badge under these circumstances will constitute appropriation, an automatic termination of such licence and will be sufficient grounds for the unauthorized individual to be removed from the exhibition. It may also lead to prosecution. Identity checks will be conducted as a condition of entry.

ConvergX® reserves the right to change the content, timing, and venue. If for any reason outside the control of ConvergX®, the venue changes, or the conference is canceled due to an act of terrorism or extreme weather conditions or industrial action, ConvergX® shall endeavor to reschedule but the applicant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the applicants.
